Crawford offers custom-designed client desktop handling systems through our claims management systems. In addition to a round-the-clock hotline, clients can monitor the status of their claims online. Claims Suite, Sigma Encore, and e-Claims web-based claims management systems are offered for marine claims handling.

Crawford & Company is committed to thoroughly training new staff and providing continuing education and professional accreditation to current staff. Crawford provides Shipper’s Interest Insurance to protect the shipper’s freight regardless of the underlying carrier’s primary cargo insurance coverage. It covers the direct physical loss or damage to the freight owner's property but does not cover the carrier’s liability for any damage or loss.
